Vision, Mission, and Values of the Orthodox Historical and Theological Portal on Christian Unity

🔹 Vision

We envision the Church in the fullness of unity, rooted in Christ’s truth, where divided Christians come to know one another, overcome prejudices, and find unity in love, faith, and wisdom. This path unfolds through the understanding of God's Revelation in history, religions, human relationships, and society.

Our goal is to contribute to the restoration of Christian unity through:

• Knowledge of each other's traditions and theology, fostering an honest dialogue free from distortions and biases.
• Spiritual depth, deepening the Church’s prayerful and sacramental life.
• Reflection on history, revealing God’s providential work in the destinies of nations, religions, and civilizations.
• Enlightening, bringing the light of the Gospel truth to the world.
• Penitence and conversion, bearing witness to Christ as the way, the truth, and the life.

We strive to create a space for spiritual and theological enlightenment, where tradition meets openness, research meets faith, and reason meets the heart.
